Sintang Regency officials recently took proactive steps to ensure ample food supplies and stable prices for the upcoming Idul Fitri holiday. On Monday, March 24, 2025, Bupati Sintang, Gregorius Herkulanus Bala, along with Wakil Bupati Sintang, Florensius Ronny, and other key officials, conducted surprise inspections (SIDAK) at various traditional markets, modern markets, and agencies across Sintang City.

The inspections were part of a broader effort to monitor and manage food availability, safety, distribution, and price stability for essential and strategic food items in anticipation of the Idul Fitri 1446 H celebrations. The inspection teams, one led by the Bupati and the other by the Wakil Bupati, included representatives from Forkopimda Sintang, various government departments, Bulog Sintang, and other relevant agencies.

Representing the DPMPTSP Kabupaten Sintang, Dra. Warnida, M.Si., Head of Licensing, actively participated in the inspection led by Wakil Bupati Sintang, Florensius Ronny.
